FAQ

Who is a good fit for Capital Wise Advisory?

We specialize in providing comprehensive retirement planning for families who have been diligent savers. To deliver the focused attention this requires, we have a minimum investable asset requirement of $350,000.

We find that our process resonates most deeply with clients who have accumulated $500,000 or more, as they often face the kinds of complex financial decisions where our guidance can provide the most value.

How do you get paid?

Our compensation is designed to be simple, transparent, and always aligned with your best interests. As a fee-only fiduciary firm, we do not receive commissions or any other form of third-party payment.

Our comprehensive retirement partnership begins with building your financial blueprint and then transitions to the ongoing, long-term management of your plan.

First, we create your comprehensive retirement plan for a one-time planning fee. This covers the intensive, upfront work of building the detailed strategy that will guide your financial future.

A great plan, however, is just the beginning; consistent, professional execution is what drives long-term success. Therefore, after your blueprint is complete, our work together continues with the ongoing implementation and management of your plan. This is where the real value is created, as we help you navigate the complexities of retirement by:

Making ongoing course corrections as your life and the markets change.

Implementing tax-efficient withdrawal strategies from the right accounts.

Proactively looking for opportunities for capital gain/loss harvesting and strategic Roth conversions, if appropriate.

For this ongoing partnership, we charge a fee that is a percentage of the value of the investments we manage. This ensures our success is directly aligned with yours.

Do I have to be in your area to work with you?

While we are headquartered in a suburb of Tampa, Florida (Wesley Chapel), we primarily work with people virtually throughout the United States.
